    Reginald Burke is the Founder and National Director of Bay Area Hoops LLC and Co-Founder of Make5 Media, recognized nationally for his work as a scout, trainer, event director, and media contributor.

    Reginald is a National Scout for John Lucas Enterprises and served as a committee member for the NBPA Top 100 Camp. He has delivered in-depth coverage at the McDonald’s All-American Game, Nike Hoop Summit, Geico Nationals, EYBL, Adidas Gauntlet, UA Association, Brand Jordan, Puma, New Balance and Pangos Camps. He also serves as co-director and board member of the Underclassmen All-American Game

    Reginald is also the visionary behind the Future Elite All-American Camp, one of the top developmental platforms for high school prospects nationwide.

    His insights have guided recruiting strategies for more than 50 college programs including Louisville, Kentucky, UConn, Kansas, Miami, Houston, Baylor, Texas A&M, and Florida. Tate currently serves as a national scout for John Lucas Enterprises, is a trusted consultant for NBAdraft.net and Make5Media, and was a 12-year committee member for the prestigious NBPA Top 100 Camp.

    His relationships across Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Brand Jordan further elevate his access and influence in the game. He also serves as Co-Director of the Underclassmen All-American Game in Atlanta.
