Herman Robinson, a certified I'm Possible Trainer and founder of Athletes Ready to Train (A.R.T.), is a dedicated coach with a wealth of experience in developing athletes. Having trained ESPN Top 100 players and over 500 athletes, he also works with professionals overseas. With over 30 camps and clinics hosted, Herman's passion for basketball and athlete training is evident in his commitment to enhancing players' explosiveness, strength, and endurance across all sports.

A native of Charlestown, South Carolina, Herman discovered his love for training while playing as the starting point guard at Highlands Christian Academy in Pompano Beach, FL. His numerous accolades include the 1,000-point club and team MVP recognition. This early passion led him to create A.R.T., where he develops customized training programs for athletes of all levels.

Herman was a 4 year scholarship athlete and graduate from Webber International University, where he studied Sports Business Management and Marketing while playing on the men's basketball team. Currently overseeing & training the Boca Raton Basketball Club as training athletes within the ART Family.

Coach Jacob Simonson boasts over a decade of elite player development experience, Coach Jacob has built a reputation for elevating South Florida athletes to the collegiate and pro ranks through his brand, House of Hustle. He’s developed elite talent including:

Coach Jacob brings over 5 years of impactful high school coaching experience, having served as Head of Player Development & Personnel at Calvary Christian Academy. During his time with
the Eagles, he has been instrumental in the program’s success—contributing to back-to-back State Championships in 2021 & 2022, and playing a key role in 3 of the school’s 4 total State Titles, as well as 1 National Championship.
